Questions
Good questions to ask
Does Solvere use cameras?
No, never. Radar sensors detect movement and breathing, not images. Nobody can watch your parent.
Do they need to wear or charge anything?
No. The sensors and the home hub do the work. If your parent already wears a smartwatch, Solvere can use it too.
Who comes when help is needed?
Your parent is asked first. If they need help, the nearest person on their list is sent: building staff, a Solvere caregiver where we operate, or a family member you choose. Emergency services only when needed.
